There are several ways to obtain and spend points within Emerald Hurst. All points are manually kept and entered into players HUDs by the Admin Staff. We will begin with how to obtain the points.

Turning in notecarded role-play into the provided mailbox. Be sure all notecards are properly named such as "Food fight - [player name] [date]". Notecards do not cap per week. Every 5 ncs will earn you a point.

Attending scheduled events either sim wide or racial group. To gain a point it must be a scheduled event, no excepts. Impromptu events will not count.

By finishing correctly the scavenger hunt in the OOC area and turning in. This is offered to all players, one time. Players will receive one point to place into any Attribute. Must be completed within 1 month of your approved application date.

Some contests will offer points for prizes.

Doing your weekly objectives. Weekly objectives are set up by the Staff for anyone to achieve. All you need to do is rp whatever the objective is and turn it into the box. You MUST name the card appropriately to get credit for this. WO (weekly objective) must be seen on the title or you will not get credit. It is that simple. Players are able to repeat the weekly objective as long as it is a different role-play. This is an unlimited amount of potential. These are turned into the same box in the OOC area as normal role-play ncs and will be counted as such. Each WO nc will earn the player 1 point.

Now you have your points, what to do with them. Below is a list of ways players can spend their points along with the cost.

Purchase another realm of magic for 20 points.

Purchase a new attribute for 20 points.

Purchase an ability for 20 points.

Purchase an attribute point. Each attribute point that is purchased is 10 points unless Luck which is 20. These are added to your modifier and each attribute caps out at 10.
